Biography
Yasmeen Stratton is the Director of Global Recruitment Consultants SSR Personnel, based in London.
A fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, she has recruited in the Corporate Security Risk environment for over 20 years. Experienced in managing multi-skilled projects in diverse arenas, strategic planning and at operational level co-ordinating significant numbers of Search projects globally. BPS trained to administer psychometric tests to both levels A and B.
Yasmeen is a Freeman of The City of London, Liveryman and Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals and remains active on a number of Standing Committees. In 2011, she became the Financial Sponsor of the Apprentice Scheme until 2017 and held the role of Apprentice Master until 2020.
Since 2008, Yasmeen has been part of OSAC UK Country Chapter Steering Committee. As Vice Chair, she has contributed to numerous overseas conferences and events in the UK and Europe, engaging with senior leadership from the Police, Military, FTSE 100 and leading international security membership organisations.
Award Winner of the 2016 Women in Security Awards for her contribution to the security profession.
Interests include International Terrorism, Crisis Management and the development of emerging leadership in the Security environment.
