A leading provider of CCTV and Access Control Solutions to the UK Construction Industry is looking for a tenacious new business focused BDM to join their team.
Using the latest cutting-edge technology, they supply bespoke monitored CCTV and Access Control solutions to a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on construction.
The Candidate.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in direct sales. They will possess the ability to generate calls / appointments / cold call / establish a pipeline, meet and exceed targets.
They will be highly motivated, able to communicate at all levels and have a strong desire to succeed. They will have a proven sales driven attitude with a no fear attitude to cold calling, both on the phone and face to face., with the ability to present / pitch / negotiate and close.
Experience of selling into the Main Contractor Construction market is ideal but not essential. Having a solid understanding of the technical aspects of remotely monitored CCTV Systems is essential.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Selling monitored CCTV systems and Access Control Solutions to Main Contractors within the Construction Industry.
• Develop long term relationships with new and existing clients in the UK.
• Visiting customer sites to perform site surveys.
• Management of pipeline to include weekly / monthly forecasts.
• Providing quotations to new and existing customers.
On offer is a negotiable basic with lucrative OTE, location is flexible.
