A global manufacturer of surveillance solutions is looking for a Head of Product & Marketing solutions.
The role will be to effectively lead, coordinate, manage & communicate the client's product and solutions strategy/roadmap across

The focus would be on candidates with strong PM hardware experience and people management skills. As the marketing side is very strong.
You will be managing a team of around six, in-depth technical knowledge of CCTV and related software products is required as well as an understanding of new technology platforms within the security industry.
Candidates should be ideally based in the Southeast, but they are flexible if you are ok to travel as the role is 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
Salary is very open with a basic of c80-90k DOE with a bonus etc

Candidate Profile -

* A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar product based role in the industry
* At least 5+ years experience within the Security industry
* In depth knowledge of CCTV products and software
* Leadership skills, including proven experience of managing a team
* Practical experience of integrator processes, product lifecycles, new technology platforms and devices and how these affect product development
