Job Details
Previous experience managing medium to large projects, up to £1.5m individual value
Manage profit & loss on assigned projects
Experience with RAMS and managing subcontractors
H&S trained
Previous experience managing door entry, access control, CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm system installations
Previous experience in commercial residential (new build apartments) preferable
Will be responsible for delivery of 4-6 projects, totalling c£2-2.5m
