This regional fire and security systems installer and service provider are looking to recruit a Service Manager to work from their office in South West Devon. Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, the successful applicant will ensure that this (c) £1m plus T/O service department delivers the highest degree of Customer Service, whilst always maintaining the highest standard of professional conduct. Candidates will need experience of working in a similar role within the fire and security industry, good technical ability to support field-based teams, be conversant with industry standards, good IT literacy, strong communication skills and excellent management ability.
The main responsibilities are:
• Ensuring that the Company provides the highest degree of Customer Services.
• To deliver the Service Budget requirements in line with Company expectations.
• Maintain the standards expected by N.S.I.
• Day to day Management of Service Team ensuring maximum efficiency of resources.
• Field Visits with Engineers were required.
• Dealing with Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution.
• Selection and Recruitment of Departmental Staff when required.
• To follow Health & Safety procedures set out by the company to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues, and others. Also, adhere to the Company Health and Safety policy.
• Adhere to company rules and ensure compliance to ISO:9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2004.
• Support your staff with training as needed.
This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary of £45,000 (negotiable), car or allowance, 25 days holiday and package.
