They seek a SalesDivision Head to lead their UCaaS sales efforts, drive growth, and spearhead expansion into new regions.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth across our product lines, including 3CX, Yealink, Fanvil, Snom, Dinstar, Jabra, and Teltonika. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UCaaS industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams. This role also requires developing strategies in existing and to expand the business into new regions and markets.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote UCaaS products from brands like 3CX, Yealink, Fanvil, Snom, Dinstar, Jabra, and Teltonika.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for regional expansion.
Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and allocate resources to achieve strategic business objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Recruit, train, and develop sales talent, ensuring expertise in our product lines and a deep understanding of market trends.
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales division through continuous feedback and coaching.
Sales and RevenueManagement:
Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships, with a focus on key product lines and market penetration.
Analyze sales performance, refine strategies, and adapt to market dynamics to optimise results.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on sales initiatives and customer outreach.
Business Expansion and Regional Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to expand business operations into new regions and untapped markets.
Identify key opportunities for growth, including potential partnerships, alliances, and market entry strategies.
Conduct market research to assess regional demand, competition, and potential barriers to entry.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Leverage customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve product offerings.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the UCaaS space.
Provide strategic insights to the management team to stay ahead of market changes.
Advise on adjustments to the product portfolio to meet evolving market demands.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare detailed sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for senior management.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales leadership roles within UCaaS, telecommunications, or cloud communication sectors.
Strong familiarity with similar products such as 3CX, Yealink,Fanvil, Snom, Dinstar,Jabra, and Teltonika..
Demonstrated success in driving regional business expansion and managing sales teams.
Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of the UCaaS market, regional dynamics, and competitive landscape.
