This specialist regional fire, security and BMS installer and service provider who have an impressive client base are looking to recruit a technical Contracts Manager who will be responsible for a selection of key accounts, managing a team of between 5 to 15 staff and from £750k to £2m in annual revenue, acting as the primary contact for a small selection of accounts. The role has a mix of office, on site and working from home and involves the skills of account management, estimation, managing both service and small works as well as some larger installation projects. The successful applicant will conduct all financial reporting and invoicing, be responsible for all SHEQ, have a good technical understanding fo fire and ideally security and BMS systems, as well as being an excellent communicator and manager of people.
This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary of up to £60,000 plus car allowance, and package including pension, life insurance and more.
