Our prestigious client is looking for a Security Leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets, employees, and facilities. The Security Manager oversees the operations of the security control room, ensuring effective and efficient surveillance, monitoring, and response to security incidents. This role involves managing a team of control room operators, maintaining security systems, coordinating with other security and facility management teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key responsibilities include:

Security Strategy and Planning:
Oversee daily security operations to ensure the safety of the premises and personnel.
Develop and implement effective security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
Design and execute security plans for various events and activities.
Communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.

Supervision and Management:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of control room operators.
Schedule shifts and ensure 24/7 coverage of the control room.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the security control room.
Ensure timely and accurate monitoring of CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for control room operations.

Incident Management:
Coordinate response to security incidents and emergencies.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents.
Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports on security breaches and incidents.

System Maintenance:
Ensure all security systems and equipment are functioning correctly.
Coordinate with IT and maintenance teams for regular checks, upgrades, and repairs.
Manage access control systems and issue access credentials as needed.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the security budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Procure and maintain security equipment and technologies.

Experience:
Strong background in security management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
Proven experience in managing control room operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using security systems and technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
