Salary: to £55k + Uncapped Commission + Car/Allowance

Role Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business leads for manned guarding services.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
- Promote the company brand and build relationships with key accounts.
- Develop bid documents and costings with senior management.
- Present winning proposals and negotiate deals with stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:Experience: • Proven background in Security Business Development and Manned Guarding Services within specified sectors.
Skills: • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building ability.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on their own initiative.
• Desire and drive to increase sales through personal strategies.
