for this exclusive vacancy to work as Security Specialist Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security strategies across healthcare facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity that requires expertise in healthcare regulations, security management, and risk analysis, with a focus on ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.

The Role:

• To oversee the development and execution of comprehensive security plans for healthcare facilities.
• Lead the integration of security technologies, physical infrastructure, and human resources to ensure hospital and healthcare system safety.
• Implement strategies for preventing security threats such as violence, theft, and workplace incidents.
• Collaborate with healthcare administrators, law enforcement, and emergency response teams to address safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations related to patient privacy (HIPAA) and environmental safety.
• Assess and mitigate security risks through regular audits, drills, and training programs for healthcare staff.
• Provide executive leadership with regular reports on security incidents, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

• Previous working experience in the Middle East, with knowledge skills and experience in security management within healthcare.
• Extensive experience in healthcare security management, ideally in a senior or executive role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in, Security Management, or a related field.
