We are taking applications from candidates with previous working experience in the Middle East
for this exclusive vacancy to work as Operation Manager of Manned Security Services, in this superb role the Operation Manager of Manned Security Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of security personnel deployed at various client locations. This includes ensuring the effective management of manpower, compliance with contracts, and the implementation of security protocols.
 
The Role:

• To supervise and manage the performance of security officers at assigned locations.
• Coordinate the staffing of security personnel, ensuring proper scheduling, training, and supervision.
• Ensure all security operations are conducted in compliance with relevant safety and security regulations.
• Manage the deployment and operation of security equipment and systems.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their security needs are met and provide regular status updates.
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve the skills and performance of security staff.
• Respond to incidents, providing timely resolutions and ensuring incident reports are accurately completed.
• Maintain operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting regular performance reviews.

• Previous working experience in the Middle East, with knowledge skills and experience in manned security services management.
• Prior experience in security operations, including manned security services management.
• Previous international experience and comprehensive knowledge of the GCC market
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of security management systems and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
