for this exclusive vacancy to work as Airport Security Specialist. In this exciting role the Airport Security Specialist will be responsible for overseeing airport security operations, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and implementing risk management strategies.
This is an executive role and requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and strategic decision-making to safeguard passengers, staff, and airport infrastructure.
 
The Role

• Lead and manage airport security operations, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Assess security threats and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, government agencies, and international security organizations.
• Oversee security personnel and technology solutions, including surveillance systems and screening equipment.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Report to executive leadership and recommend security improvements.

• Previous working experience in the Middle East, with knowledge skills and experience in airport security.
• Extensive experience in airport security management or a related field, with C-level or senior leadership background.
• Deep understanding of aviation security regulations, TSA / CAA guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Persuasive communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
